Dr Ross is really professional and did not hurt me at all. There is no bleeding or bad feeling during the process. Positive and confident attitude and is really trustworthy. Can't say how thankful I am to Ross and his team. I came with a complicated case transferred from overseas, but Ross just made the whole process as easy/smooth/comfortable as it can be, not to mention during this pandemic time. I am incredibly grateful for the service Dr Ross and his team have provided over the past 3 years, I can honestly say I couldn’t have chosen a better clinic for my Invisalign treatment. I always looked forward to my appointments and I was blown away by the end result. I had a complex case and was told by previous orthodontists that my case was not possible with Invisalign, however Dr Ross made that possible, which I am incredibly thankful for, and now my smile looks even better than I could’ve ever expected! I can’t recommend them enough!
