Not sure why anyone would give a bad review here? The receptionists are always lovely when I rebook and Susan who does the laser is a absolute gem. Cost effective too.

Seems like bad Google reviews keep people away and need to be balanced out with good ones. My experience with both the receptionists and Dr. were great. Personable, friendly, kind and all round good care. Don't always believe what you read!

Terrible. Lazy receptionists are allergic to answering the phone or giving any sort of prompt response. I'm talking 10 attempts to speak to a person. The doctors are fine, but if you want reasonable service for your exorbitantly priced appointment I recommend literally anywhere else

Dr Diana Purvis is one of the best dermatologist. She is looking after my girl over last 4 years, and much appreciated her knowledge and caring. The two reception ladies are helpful and friendly. We had good experience here.

Would highly recommend Dr Diana Purvis. She's wonderful. Totally non judgemental and listens to what you have to say. We've been with her for the past 3 months. Wish I'd found her sooner. She's the Paediatric Dermatologist for my 3yo daughter, and even she looks forward to seeing Dr. Diana.

Fed up and frustrated with this place, been going here since I was 18 and my rosacea was diagnosed as acne and my debilitating facial flushing was ignored for years, laser didn’t really help and my last laser appointment wasn’t even rescheduled. Disappointed with this place, will be looking elsewhere.
