A nice large park that would suit everyone. Walkways for all fitness levels and there is always something happening there. Great to relax or go for a challenging walk.

Great place for a walk, picnic or wonder at the amazing artifacts on display at Auckland Museum. Also very easy to get to by car with plenty of parking. Free in most areas for 2 hours. A train station is also just a short walk away too.

Beautiful public part right in the middle of Auckland. They have multiple walking trails, well maintained gardens, lawns, play grounds and a museum. There are two old glass houses for tropical and temperate plants in the winter garden. There is a fernery as well.

A lovely place to explore on a lazy weekend. The winter garden glasshouses and courtyard are a particular highlight, with their fascinating pitcher plants and mimosas. Definitely check those out if you visit. We also enjoyed the museum - free for Auckland residents, a donation from other kiwis, sand an entry fee for tourists. The natural history area is particularly good.

Always is my daughter's favourite place to go. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Love the lego exhibition running at that time. Feel so modern with the new foyer. Kids love it so much.

Plenty of room for exercise and fresh air right in the heart of the city. Also has main Auckland museum for widening your mind with wonders and questions of the past
