Amazing place to buy a car. Kudos to Chris and Tony for sorting out a new Kona for us. They’re not pushy at all and are transparent in their dealings with people. Wife said that the restroom was clean, too.

Ok so not the best experience. Ordered a second key for my car and was quoted 300 but this ended up being considerably more also once done - turned up first time to get the new key and appt had been cancelled; turned up a second time and the key still hadn't arrived but that wasn't communicated before my scheduled visit; made a third appt to come in during lunch on the Friday after being told it would take an hour.... 2 and a quarter hours later I had the key!!! Also ordered an Owners Handbook which was coming in from Korea - was quoted 70 but when I went to pick it up was charged 115 PLUS GST. Also they offered me a Service Handbook if I was going to be getting my car serviced with them - was never told this was an added expense but when picking up my owners manual they managed to charge 10 plus GST for that also. I had a Suzuki prior and that was a super slick operation. Am hoping this gets better as we go along.

I recently moved to the country and needed a far more practical car than the one I had. I don't like 'practical' so Stevie from this branch set about helping me customise my vehicle. I absolutely love it and am so happy with the way it turned out. Nothing was too much trouble and she made great suggestions to help me make my final decisions. Such a positive experience - and my car is perfect! So many cool features, I'm so happy with it.

Everything about this dealership was part of the best customer experience I have had. Their staff are more than willing to have a chat about your needs, give great advice around what will fit them and more. I couldn't have been more happier with my time there and they take such good care of you. The manager Tony is an absolute pleasure to talk to and Josh, one of the sales people follows up with you to make sure everything has been going good and well with the car. I couldn't recommend it any more highly. Fast and quick reliable service which is what the world needs in these ever changing times. I am going to be telling friends and family about it for sure. Small acts go a long way in customer service. Great experience.

I come here regularly to have my car serviced when it needs to be. Very friendly staff that know how to take care of a customer. I had come in to have my car assessed due to another driver rear ending my vehicle. I was shown great hospitality with coffee and an area to continue my work while they took care if my car. Give this place a visit if you're serious about purchasing a reliable car and you will receive outstanding service from anyone there. An added bonus is the coffee machine! I always look forward to getting my car serviced!
