My rating is based on my interaction with the receptionist through one phone call. The receptionist was not warm or welcoming. Her attitude was disrespectful and made me, the patient, feel like there was something wrong with me, using phrases like “so I still don’t know what you’re asking”.

Great and professional service from the doctors but receptionist is way too serious and very old school. A good chance that your first impression on the visit could be adversely impacted. As Auckland is short of Neurological specialists, guess we just have to put up with this. Handy location, sufficient parking spaces. As it is nearby school, expect terrible traffic congestions during peak hours. Before 9am and after 230pm. They also send you a copy of doctors note afterwards which is a nice rough and keeping things transparent. Would recommend this place if one looks beyond the receptionist.

Whoever the receptionist is that accepts calls this time must not know what respect means. Bad customer service! Should not be holding that type if job. Wonder why she is keeping her job. Additional review: I think the receptionist is some kind of stupid: 1. Called our number which we missed so we called back then she said "I did not call you" 2. Put us on hold for a long time and when she returned to us, she just kept on saying "hello" as if it is a new call.
