Absolutely amazing in every way possible.......the staff are lovely and accommodating.....the food was beautiful......was not in any rush to go home...... I highly recommend Auckland Surgical Center.....they have set the standard.

Came in for my brothers surgery but as a family member I was treated not welcomed or talked through things that are offered to us as a family member waiting ( Didn’t even tell us that coffee and tea are available) being from Wellington I felt that Auckland surgical centre could do better for others as well as the patient being admitted , even though not being a patient myself, I would not recommend anyone coming here. Nurses that work here need to learn how to approach people especially when talking to family members . When my mother got approach by a nurse with a rude high tone loud voice and told her to sit down. This is not appropriate nurse behaviour.

Very friendly helpful and knowledgable staff, awesome support during my pain in the night, very experienced nurse tucked me in bed in a way resulting in lower my pain. Regular health monitoring, feedback and informable. Very well run centre.
