They recently relocated the corporate office of Auckland Transport from Henderson to Via duct harbour avenue. Almost all the Auckland Transport services are based in this building. They reception desk is so very helpful and kind staff. They take care of you and look after you so well.

Terrible organisation during Americas cup. Notified 5mins ahead of changes/cancellations. No one seems to have any idea, very frustrating

I consider myself a fair person, I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is the second day in a row and i’m annoyed. Inner City link bus drivers will look you dead in the eye with an entirely empty bus and drive straight past you even though you stuck your hand out while they were a considerable distance from your stop within sight, II really had somewhere important to get to you guys. Sorry if I sound rude but it’s extremely frustrating and it’s always the inner link city bus drivers that do this. I would understand if it’s because the bus is full, but i’m both instances the green inner link city buses were EMPTY.

The trains are comedy gold. Do yourself a favour, and install the AT app and marvel at how frequently train services are either delayed or outright cancelled. Or there’s the hilarity that comes when they decide to just remove train stations for totally reasonable periods of time (like the four years that Mt Eden station is closed for). Reliable. Convenient. Affordable. Those words all apply if you just ignore public transport and take your car. Speaking of cars, Erin Hughes mentioned it, and it bears repeating that the Khyber Pass, Broadway intersection bus lane is a ridiculously transparent money making exercise. Go, AT, go! Be proud.

Auckland Transport is the most despicable company I have had the misfortune to allow my children to use The Northcross intermediate school bus number 24 is continuously over crowded. Children are unable to push through the crowd to exit at their stop. My child was let off a further 1.5 km from home. Due jostling happening my child accidently taged on again as she was getting off. Three weeks later after applying for a refund I am still waiting for the penalty fee to be refunded. Whenever I call I'm fobbed off. Today with no explanation given, a further sum of money has been taken from her hop card by AT. All the call center has said is they are unable to access her hop account & will get her manager to call me. This did not happen. Use public transport at your peril.

During summer seasons or particularly hot days it should be mandatory for buses to have on aircon. Since they don't have windows. Some people like myself are prone to heat stroke and can end up being very faint after a simple bus ride. Buses also are hardly ever on time or just don't show at all. I have the app and on multiple occasions I have been tracking a bus when it suddenly dissapears and never comes past my stop, later on saying "this bus has departed." please fix your system, aucklanders are tired
