I have never thought of receiving such a nice and beautiful piano as my 50-year birthday gift. AUPC made this happen. It was a very pleasant experience with AUPC. Anthony was very professional and experienced. He was patient and helped us finally choose a right piano after our two visits with a good ‘value for money’ price. I had Anthony tune my piano after two of my friends recommended him. He was brilliant, efficient and really helpful. You could tell that he had been doing it from a long time. The piano now sounds amazing and he even fixed a few items without being asked that previous piano tuners had either failed to spot or couldn't be bothered to remedy. Overall, great value for money and well worth the wait time - he is so, so busy and I can now see why.....
