The staff show sooo much love and care. It was Mila's first day at the vet, and their service was amazing. The two staff Keely and Ailsa are also wonderful and the place is clean, no weird vet smell.
The three woman I met were beautiful souls and really cared for my animals. They handled them with the best care and not one of my animals went home upset. I'll definitely be using this vet again and highly recommend to all my friends and family.
My darling cat Dusty was recently run over and died. At the time I raced him to the Auckland Veterinary Centre to see if there was anything they could do to help him. Dusty had sadly died on the way. However, the way the staff dealt with this and with me was beyond fabulous. They were so kind and gentle with us both. I had Dusty created and went to collect the ashes from them. Again dealt with in the most gentle and kind manner. And now have received a beautiful card from them, hand written with a very thoughtful note which made us all cry. But we really appreciate it. Thank you for your kindness and gentle professionalism.

Don't bother taking your pet here. Inexperienced vets who don't know what there talking about. Gave us so many different medications for our beloved pet - none of them worked and in the end we were left with a very expensive bill. Won't be going back here every again. They don't care about the pets they care about the money.
They care. They care a lot. In over 15 years they have never let my animals nor I down. They have always been there for us no matter the time of day. Awesome bunch of people.
