Such an amazing place. I have had my Holden looked after twice and have had no issues on both my visits. Super quick, straight to the point and excellent communication. Not once did I have to call to check up on my vehicle, Shannon did an amazing job at keeping me updated. Every single staff is so friendly. The team does know how to look after their customers. Took my car in for a WOF. Not in my wildest dreams I would have imagined that a pristine looking car that has an excellent service history would incur such additional costs! Reasons to fail WOF - BS!!! I took it straight to VTNZ and passed WOF with flying colours with not even a single issue was found that would fail WOF. DO-NOT-EVER-GO-TO-THIS-PLACE for any service whatsoever, unless you have so much money to give away for free! Let me throw in an addition trade secret these guys do. So you take your car for a WOF, they will find a million reasons to fail your wof, enter it on there system and put a stamp on your wof sheet that would say “Entered” and ONLY THEN come tell you these million things need fixing before we can pass you! No way out coz’ it’s already on the system unless you have good contacts elsewhere.

I felt dispointed for the workshop reception's staff. They didn't give us a quota at the begining and promised will let us know later before any fee will applied. It ends up to the unhappy results which we need to pay again during the warranty period. Luckily the owner Mr Andrew promised to investage this mistake and also trying to fix it even after we made the payment. We are appreciate the owner trying to fix the problems and treating the customer fairly. Keeping the royalty relationship from the customer are the important way to be a successful business.

Read all the reviews before going here, was a tad skeptical. BUT..... everyone at Auto Super Shoppe Stoddard Road was amazing! After having a stressful start to the day and breaking down they organised picking up my car and also dropping me to work so i could get on with my day. Great service and reasonable pricing, promptly fixed my car and ready for pick up at the end of the day. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Auto Super Shoppe Stoddard Road xx

I went to Stoddard Rd Motors to get a warrant and some advice on my car. Having had a bad experience at another mechanics and being ripped off, I was nervous that I would be seen as a "target" and be ripped off again. The staff at Stoddard Rd Motors were extremely professional, well presented, respectful and knowledgable. I had every confidence in what they were telling me and advising me was correct and true. I will be back and will be recommending this workshop to everyone!!!!
