Horrible Customer Service, was told my claim was declined so theres nothing we can do, yet no one had called me to tell me why or explain why, i was constantly calling them and being told someone would call me back. The man then told me on the phone that perhaps someone had been tampering with my car, and maybe that's why I was declined, To email through to there claims team and management would look into it, The mechanics at the shop where the car was originally looked at had to tell me why?! And explain why I was declined!!!!!!!!!!! Very short and casual on the phone, when I first put the claim In the call was less then 5 mins, "just book it in and get the mechanics to call us" was the whole conversation had. Not good enough, not happy, waste of money Look elsewhere cause other companies would have covered this small minor job not these guys!!!!

Autosure products were recommended to me by the dealer who sold me the car. It was so easy to understand and explained to me by the finance people also the cost was great value for money to protect my car investment. ( Remember a car is an investment while you own it.) I took out the Smart Cover mechanical breakdown Insurance and also the GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection insurance ) Buying a car is the second biggest purchase we all make I wanted to protect my car and my pocket should any thing go wrong. I have absolute confidence in the Autosure products i highly recommend them to anyone buying a car now and or the future.
