Consistent quality, great blend and affordable price. We have settled on Avalanche Melt beans and our basic breville espresso machine can produce a solid flat white which is hard to beat by many of the coffee stops I visit during my travels around NZ. Very happy to provide a 5 star rating, great work by Avalanche to produce a good quality, affordable product.

I have tried flat white, and cappuccino. I add hot water, and Pam's, fresh cream in both of the coffee. It is perfect for my taste.:) Thank you for making me genuinely happy.
Awesome range of great tasting products that are a perfect option when you can't make it to the Cafe for an espresso. Also a yummy take anywhere pick me up, all you need is a cup & hot water!
Delicious dairy free versions. No gritty aftertaste unlike the new Nespresso ones. Very pleased that this company listens to feedback and customer requests for things like sugar free and dairy free versions. They are a touch sweet but these are treats anyway. Would love to see a more sustainable packaging options for the coffee sachet sticks if possible and a little more non dairy creamer in the dairy free versions.
Great people, great coffee
We have been buying the grounded coffee for a while now. The grinded coffee were fine and last week we had a packet that is coarsely grounded and the coffee turns out extremely watery. Emailed them with the packaging to show the batch but no response.
Purchased a box of latte as a treat for myself and got home to find the individual packages to be non recyclable. Have you no regard for the environment Avalanche? There's excellent packaging available that's recyclable or biodegradable these days. Who on their right mind would buy this! I then made a coffee expecting something better than an instant coffee. I tried without milk, with milk and with sugar. It all takes like cardboard to me. AVOID THESE PRODUCTS UNTIL QUALITY AND PACKSGING IMPROVES.
Their coffee beans contained some foreign matter which damaged the grinder on my coffee machine. As others have stated, contacting this company is like talking to a brick wall.
