The staff are really good. The optometrist is excellent. Best eye exam ever. The glasses were inexpensive compared to my last 2 pairs, 1 from specsavers and 1 from opsm and the quality is superb. Furthermore they were ready within 4 days and because of lockdown they sent them to me. My wife will become a customer when she is ready for her next pair Brian
Glasses were made within 5 days after my eye test, SUPER quick for New Zealand. I remember other spots took about 2 weeks or so, plus the workers there are super kind and the whole vibe is very chill and welcoming
Big thank you to the Takapuna store manager. I had an old Bailey Nelson frame that I LOVE and have served me so well for the last 2 years but they needed some tightening up, which the Albany store manager rudely refused to do for me. Went to Takapuna, she greeted me so warmly and was more than happy to help me with my frame. She made a point to have a really genuine conversation with me and was so incredibly kind. Can’t thank her enough for the service! Definitely recommend going to Takapuna, not Albany.
I had an eye appointment with Irene Cho at Bailey Nelson Takapuna last Saturday. It went well but I need to commend her for doing such a really great job. She's very gentle and explains every procedure very well. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The staff who works there was also very helpful and nice. Love the service!
Eye check was very thorough and optometrist patiently and clearly explained what was happening. Optometrist and staff were kind and helpful.
