I’ve been coming here for years and I feel truly respected and looked after. The nurses are kind and my two doctors Pulasthi and Jenny have gone above and beyond to help with a multitude of illnesses I have had. Reception are also great. Highly recommend this place.

I don't know if it sounds right to recommend a clinic on google review But, really, I couldn't help to do this because Balmoral Doctors is just so wonderful! Convenient located on the centre of Dominion Road, pharmacy downstairs. Warm hospitality from the reception, friendly and yet professional doctors, what else you can ask for?!

My appointment was rushed and nothing I came in for was done. I have an ongoing illness that requires my weight to be tested, bloods tests and blood pressure to be done. None of that was done. Booked a double appointment. I was accused of ordering thyroid medication on the “dark web” because I have recently developed hyperthyroidism. I felt it was inappropriate to bring this up let alone tell a patient how people illegally purchase illicit weight loss medication online. Left my paid full-priced consult with nothing, not even a blood test order which needed doing. Waste of my time and money.

My Dr used to be Sam Keller and he was brilliant. Now my Dr is Lesley Harding and he is just as good. There have been times when I had to wait too long but maybe the reasons for that are now sorted because I have not had to wait too long in a while now

Have seen three different doctors here and they were all amazing. Have lived in Wellington and Christchurch. These guys are the best doctors I’ve been to in New Zealand. Reception staff are also super good. A friend recommended these guys and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Ka pai team keep up the good work.

I appreciate all the helps I get from this place. The receptionists, nurses and doctors all very nice people. My kids GP Dr Sam Keller, always welcoming, patient and friendly with kids . Would definitely recommend :)

i visited this clinic 3 times in a short period of time because my severe abdominal pain 3 years ago, they could not do anything and did not do anything except pain-killer till later i passed a kidney stone myself. they still did not do any follow up except drinking water after I told them. I was so disappointed and transferred my file to another GP, She arranged a x-ray and found there was another stone and I was soon diagnosed the real reason why I had stones. I am very well now no stone no any other underlying disease thanks for my GP whom I have bee with for 3 years. I hope this clinic has been updated now and nobody will have my experience anymore.
