John was very efficient in repairing our washing m/c. He quickly diagnosed the fault. He did not have the correct motor module for our model but within two days he was back with the correct one. He also gave us some very helpful hints on using the machine and also our dish washer. A pleasure to deal with someone who knew what he was doing and his charges were also very reasonable. We will certainly refer him to anyone who has faulty F&P whiteware.
Highly recommend! It is refreshing to have someone like John who is the owner attend to sort out an appliance. There was no waiting for hours for someone to show up, he called ahead of time. He didn't do any unnecessary work costing , and went through a couple of things that could have caused the issue & gave advice. Thanks John I will definitely be recommending your services and calling you again if I need to.
