When we recently decided to put our house in Wattle Downs on the market, only one name came to mind - Sue Matete and Owen Roberts). Not only because they are local and know the area like the back of their hand but also because they came across as someone very personable and professional. We happily discovered that Sue and Owen are a great tag team who from the start gave us utmost confidence in their knowledge and integrity. I called BT Manurewa to offer a listing of two properties that I have in the local area. I was referred to a sale agent from the office reception. He agreed to call me back the same day to offer some advise on the market values of the properties, I did not hear back from him, I tried to follow up with him two days later by sending him a text message, and received no reply. Utterly unprofessional!! So I decided to market them privately and I sold both properties two days after they were adverted. I really learned something from this, you don't always need a real estate agent to sell your properties.
