I would like to commend Kamal of Albany Branch for her prompt action of sending Mark to fix my faulty shower. She even went out of her way to adjust to my preferred date and time to have this fixed. Excellent post-sale customer service. Keep it up
Cheap, low quality, not exactly as described products. Measurements of shower box was incorrect and when enquired about it, they got all defensive and very unfriendly. The pillar of the shower box had a ding on it that my builder had to fix. It’s just not worth having cheap stuff and mucking up the design in the end. Lesson learnt, never again. I definitely got the right company, I have the product to show for it, it just took me a year to be calm enough about it and write a concise review of a nightmare bathroom renovation. Your “Sofia 1200x800” is still measuring 1170 x 760! Hasn’t grown 30x40 that your invoice promised to deliver!
