Lovely staff, very well informed and all information explained in detail. BUT to my surprise not pushy at all to buying a hearing aid even with proven damage to my hearing.... that was so nice not to be put on the spot when there. Thanks Bay Audiology that was very refreshing

They refuse me free hearing test. The phone operator wasnt helpful.

I haven't been here but I am giving them 1 star because of their answering service. I could only handle 3 minutes of their looped reply. Even once every 15 secs I find too much but its preferable to this. Try listening to your own hold message service for a minute Bay Audiology and you will quickly understand.
