Good range of homes for holiday lets. Quite expensive properties and they make no effort to allow you to view any when unoccupied to ascertain whether they are suitable or not. When homes are about 1000 to 3000 a night, you should be able to view if at all possible and within reason if you are spending big money.

The Be My Guest staff on Waiheke Island was excellent. The property was ready on time, immaculately clean, and when there was a difficulty with wifi due to an island-wide outage they came through brilliantly. The test of an excellent service company is their performance when there is a problem. Be My Guest came through with flying colors even though the problem wasn't theirs. I travel a lot and I'd give this company a 6th star. I have already booked another rental with them. They are the best in my book.
