A friendly, welcoming cafe with a comfy atmosphere and excellent hot drinks (I had a mocha and then a chai latte). Tasty breakfast and lunch menu, served with a smile. Plenty of seating out on the covered sidewalk, usually easy enough to find a park nearby. Easy to be a regular here, very hospitable staff. Nice early weekend hours too.

Enjoyed the eggs Benedict w salmon and they swapped a hash brown instead of the bread with no additional charge. Beautiful and yum. The flat white was also great.

Had an custard filled almond croissant and a flat white. The croissant was fresh and tasty! They use Supreme coffee, the coffee was perfectly extracted and milk was hot and silky. Highly recommend!
