Greeted by one asian lady who was welcoming, smiley and professional. Give me good information about other services. Other woman (who was giving massage) gave cold looks and barely said a word to me. Like she didn't want to be there. I got a voucher so if you pay less expect half the job. Massage was cold and communication was poor. When someone has to take their clothes off it's important to create a warm and comfortable space. I read reviews saying they had wonderful massage so so sad I was disappointed.

Heres my invisible lash lift and tint complete at Beau visage. My lashes are not long and results may vary correct as owner and I agree but eye lash curler does a better job shockingly, results speak for itself. Waste of money and time (I paid discounted deal directly not the full price but the value of the service should still be meet) Very disappointed, you done a terrible job, shocking results. When I left I personally told you I will not do a lash lift and tint again had I been happy with my results that would not be the case. You called me to tell me off for placing a review and threaten you will take me to court I dare you
I took a treatment from grabone that said it was meant to be 900 dollars worth.. but it was a promotion of new advances technologies which will remove pigments and no down time.. so I rang before my appointment to make sure because I have my fried coming from south island and we have many plans and functions to attend.. they told me on the phone that it will be a maximum of 1 day down time.. I thought I could work with that but after the owner explain i understand i can't go out for 3 days to do anything that i have planed .. I wanted to reschedule after driven so far and they said i will have to pay for reschedule which i understand however when I asked for treatment details she said she would whatapp to me or send to me , I felt she has not intentions to follow through or even care to have a look at how the treatment went .. I don't feel 400 dollars for one treatment was what it was worth.. she was treating other clients while having her therapist doing other things from her orders.. it felt like I was being a testing rat.. I didn't know what the machine was , what was being use what kind of anything?? Just zap zap .. like the normal lazer treatment for pigment which i have paid for before at half of the price or less for the face.. they are nice and friendly. The owner seems knowledgeable but I do not recommend the treatment Pico treatment unless u don't know what to do with your money and have plenty to waste away on experiments
Customer service was very poor, neither a smile or a respectable way of talking to a customer. Would not recommend to any of my family or friends. I had purchased a voucher for family but when I tried calling the place, calls were not going through. When I reached there, they tried to prove us wrong and was very rude and just because we were quiet doesn't mean we were wrong at that point, we also had proof for this but we chose to stay quiet and try to negotiate but you continued being rude. When trying to change dates with them, they were not being flexible. After reviewing all the reviews from your customers, clearly there's something wrong with your business, you or your staff don't know how to talk to customer's or take into consideration your customers reviews. Very appoaling. Edit: as this page does not let you reply to the owner: as many of the customers can see, this one staff member does not know how to reply to to my bad reviews, nor the other ones that have been made on here. You should take a course on how to run a business before running your mouth.

My friend and I had the most amazing massage at Beau Visage today, from start to finish this was amazing. Nice hot oil, hot towels and a gorgeous fire going. Definitely one of the best full body massages I have experienced. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience and lovely chat after. Highly recommend .Can't wait for my next one.
Took my mum here for her birthday. We had an amazing massage. Felt so relaxed for the rest of the day. The cup of tea waiting afterwards was a nice treat and the salon has a very relaxed, at home atmosphere. We felt well taken care of. Would definitely go back again!
