Friendly, timely service from Nikita who followed up my requests as promised, and very promptly, since what I originally wanted was not in stock. She was not bothered by the toing and froing by phone necessary for communication. The delivery men deposited the items straight into my garage. I am very happy with the product and the service, especially from Nikita.
