I purchased a queen bed, base and bedhead from this store. The assistant was lovely and I advised I would confirm the date of delivery with him the following week. I rang the store to do this and again confirmed the date and delivery address and time of delivery. The day of delivery arrived and I rang to confirm that everything was on track. Unfortunately, the date was not updated as I had requested in my confirmation phone call. The assistant was very apologetic and offered to send another bed until mine could be delivered. I refused as did not want to go through a delivery twice. We agreed on a new delivery date and time of delivery. On the new delivery date the assistant rang to say the bed would be delivered between 6 and 8pm. This was not what was agreed on the prior call and it was bought forward to 4pm. Unfortunately, the drivers were given the wrong delivery address which was very frustrating for all. Then to top off a really bad start the bed was in many pieces which I hadn't been advised. I was expecting a base, bed and bedhead not a jigsaw puzzle. I rang the store again and was advised that I should have purchased an assembly service. Which had I known I would have done so. The explanation for not advising was that it was on my receipt. This isn't good enough, this should be advised at the time of purchase. I was fortunate that the delivery drivers could assemble the bed for me as 60 years of age and being of small build I would have never been able to do this. The staff are lovely people but they need to more detail orientated and communicate better if they expect customers to be happy.

Excellent service from kind, patient and professional staff, in particular Jay. It wasn't an easy decision for me, but I was provided with good consultation and it helped greatly to choose what I wanted to have for my room. I haven't got them delivered yet, but I am very satisfied with my choice. I will come back for my next bed. Thanks Jay.
