Was not impressed by the service of the male staff in this store. He dresses and acts like he's not bothered to be there at all. On a different day I visited and they had 2 ladies who were more delightful to deal with. The male staff member in question was really difficult to communicate with as well. He misunderstood both my husband and my requirements for the type of bed we were after.

We bought a Sleepyhead Sanctuary Bardot bed in October 2015. The salesman, Steve, was very helpful. The delivery men were quick and efficient at installing the bed in our bedroom. Just want you to know we have slept like logs ever since we have had this bed!! We LOVE it!

Came here and didn't have any customer service. All sales assistant were checking out couple. Nobody even paid attention while we entered. Even there're only two of retail assistant in store somebody could pay attention to customers.
