Love the store!!!! Clean easy flow layout and super friendly staff. Usually just pop in to top up my AT Hop card but can't stop myself from browsing the amazing Lego and Playmobil range.

The worst toy store in Auckland. I got two boxes of Lego for my Birthday. I wanted to exchange one for 80 more expensive item and pay the difference. Had to buy the second item separately as staff member did not know how to do the exchange. I got back next day to sort it out hoping that they will give me refund for the unwanted box but after a long discussion with the rude owner I ended up with 100 store credit. I never go back. Awful customer service considering that my boyfriend spent there 350 in 2 days.
