Recently became a customer and, as a contract mower, I've been super impressed with the service. Especially with their awareness of what professional mowers are require from back-up service. For example the scheduled pick up date for my ride-on from a scheduled service was put back a day because damaged parts needed replacing - they called me first thing to let me know so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. Nice!

Called for blower repair .They didn’t advise about upfront payment of 40 to find out whats wrong then cost of repair. May b doesn’t worth repair. Waste of time!!!!

Had to wait about a week and half before getting a response . Price was too expensive because they filled oil but should have asked me before putting oil in motor . I was told I can pay only 40. But was under warranty . I end up getting my mower back for free but the starter which was fixed was jammed on same day was returned after mowing. So now I need to take to another repair place . They are not willing to take a look at it. So I think is unfair .. I would have preferred if they gave me warranty details as they mentioned they have gotten in contact. I did take it back to the mower place . But have repaired it , took 5 mins to replace the wiring , was told it's nothing I did but the wiring was not retracting back for my mower . It is now hopefully going to be okay . I've used it once so far after second repair . Otherwise they get the job done.
