Extremely dissapointed. I bought a 700 Milwaukee Hole Hog tool kit. When I recieved it they had sent the wrong batteries. (Mikita instead of Milwaukee) I was told on the phone they would send out the right batteries with a return shipping label. Instead I recieved an email and was asked to print out the label and send it back to them. After calling them again I was told that I would not recieve these batteries until they recieved the return. This would be understandable if they hadnt already told me otherwise. They also refused to offer any partial refund or conciliation for the wasted time. The tool itself also appears to be factory seconds with a broken part from an over tightened screw, several dings and scratches and a significant defect in the handle. I did not see anything to indicate that the unit was anything but brand new in the add. I will not use this company in future.
