Went in for an urgent repair of my glasses frame. Excellent and professional services I received from the lady at the front desk. She was very willing to help and actually went of of her way to assist me. She was so genuine and friendly. The issue was sorted within 5 mins. I was really impressed and appreciative of her assistance. Thank you very much. This shop is inside the Mall which means plenty under cover parking as well as get your shopping down at the Countdown. Highly recomended to others for a visit and I am sure you will receive great services from the business.

Brilliant, brilliant optometrists. Peter and his team have stellar customer care. Have them as my standard optometrists but have also contacted them late on a Friday when I had a killer sore eye, and they went beyond the call of duty to get me seen before closing. Really well priced. Will never go elsewhere!

He is technically and medically highly skilled but is also kind, caring, informative and shows a high level of honesty and integrity in every aspect of what he does.
