They use contractors to install the heatpumps. The one I used was recommended by Mitsubishi. The heatpump started leaking within two months and the contractor stopped responding to myself/Mitsubishi. It has been months now and Mitsubishi say it is not covered under warranty and I need to sort fixing it myself. Terrible service, dodgy contractors.

Do not recommend. 1 year and 3 months ago one of my business' decided to use Mitsubushi Electric as their Air Con provider. 3 months into using the machine, the gas had leaked and run out. When called them they charged us for coming here when the machine was still under warranty. Using the machine full blast 9-5 7 days a week for 4 months straight finally to see we had a vicious leak coming from the inside and outside. We called a professional and they've told us they didn't use a water pump and just used a small thin pipe for drainage. That being done the pipe has been fully blocked and clogged up to the top causing a leak. Not only is this a big expense for us but it's poor preparation for our future on their behalf - They have done thousands of heat pump installations and should have had a clear idea that this would happen. We've also been told that who ever has installed the heat pump did not do this correctly as the wires were not colour coded to regular standard. This puts people at huge risk.. Thanks M E !

Mitsubishi heat pumps great product very quiet when getting an installer don't get Design Air as they don't know what they are doing and there is no guarantee on the install they only want to rob the consumer
