Craig did a fantastic job for us. Airport transfer from and to West Auckland, he gave us the best quote compared to other local businesses. Very friendly, and super professional. He gives us text messages efficiently and is always on time. He drives safely and the van is clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend any other guys to start and finish your trip!!

Book-a-ride are hands down are the most professional and incredibly user-friendly shuttle service you could wish for. I was having to book a shuttle for my daughter on a Saturday night and bringing her alone to a rural property (a big distance) so wanted a service where I felt confident she would be safe and it didn't cost the earth. So easy and helpful, very friendly driver. Picked us up from the airport and drove us to our accomodation in the city. Then they helped my mum get to the airport the next morning. And also picked us up from accomodation the next day after that. It was very affordable and so easy. Always on time too.
