Amazing!! From concept to completion Luciana had everything done for us! Luciana asked us what we liked showed us the various options in the show room got our bathroom measurements and we had our bathroom refitted with our choices digitally in 2 days. We loved it said yes and had tiles, vanities, toilets bath and fittings delivered the next week and with her plans with both bathrooms our plumber, tiler and water proofer new exactly what and where to put everything and Luciana was always just a phone call away... 3 weeks from demo to finish just in time for xmas and short enough time for my wife not to kill me without working bathrooms. I highly recommend Luciana for her professionalism, design, quick response, and support through refurb, nothing ever a problem and nailed some great prices on the tiles and bathroom ware. Great and easy to work with, could translate what we were looking for on the brief into reality. Our bathroom looks amazing, practical and the renovation process went smooth. We will definitely use Borges design again
