Never got to experience their service, the guy managed to put us off when we asked him to come and quote (we had a sample from another place but were quite happy to buy his carpet). He was totally reluctant, coming up with all sorts of excuses and reservations. i said "you don't want to do this do you" and he said "i don't want to waste my time...". i didn't hear the rest, i'd had enough trying to persuade him to let us give him money.
