A beautiful, modern and, above all, safe place for families and shoppers to relax in a well thought out 'outdoor' styled mall. A huge amount of free parking spaces (open air and covered) and a lot of stores to spend the day at. A very good range of eateries to suit any budget and really nice, modern decor throughout.

Beautiful Farmwrs store with great range of products. Best place to buy Beautiful SMEG toasters and kettles
I love the hoyts cinema. It’s one of the cleanest ones I have been to. Food court is nice as well with a lot of other food shops around it to chose from. Not many clothing shops but nice ones none the less.
Dear management, The Indian Chap that works in the glasses shop LENTES & MACROS MADRID near the cafe by the Farmers is extremely rude. He has a beard and has been very obscure in my interactions with him often at times not only being racist but digging into personal information. It such a shame that a high establishment of Botany Town Centre is brought down by the actions of such undistinguished staff and their mannerisms. Respectfully, Rachel.
Security person is the rudest man I’ve ever met. He just call me, you, the female. And seems he doesn’t know how to explain things to people nice and gently. Really don’t want to see his face again.
I always enjoy coming to this mall. It has the unique blend of indoor and outdoor mall vibes. A good selection of all the usual shops and plants of parking.
The mall becomes really elegant and more shops available. Very nice Hoyts cinema there with recliners
There are a couple of shops there ( I don't want to name names) when you enter, you felt like you're not wanted. You can tell from the faces of those who supposed to make customers feel welcome. Not even a saying hi or hello - or smile. We left as quickly as we enter these places.
