I have dealt with these people for years as they have fixed various appliances in my household. I choose them because they give clear communication and instructions, fix the job efficiently, quote before they undertake the job, and leave everything as it was before they came (which means the appliance is working but the area around it looks the same!). They turn up when they say they will too. I highly recommend this company.

WOW ! Both dishwasher & fridge 'expired' within hours of each other .. vintage of each unknown, but imagine 10 yrs Decided to attempt resuscitation of each, & trawled through online info for help ... 'Butterworth' was nearby & their reviews encouraging, so made the call, and within hours their man was on site. A speedy diagnosis, fridge repaired, & a recommendation that the F & P dishwasher be replaced as the cost to repair was prohibitive. At a cost of less than 200, we were 100% satisfied with the professionalism & the value .. can recommend unreservedly.

As a Landlord, we like to look after our tenants well so they look after our property. The tenant contacted us with a fault with the dishwasher. I contacted Butterworth Appliance Service and they made it very easy to get a repairman on site and fixed the unit without hesitation. The whole thing was done within 2 days. They liaised with the tenant directly re access and had it fixed and back up and running in a single visit. I was very impressed how simple and quick it was and they were very reasonable on their pricing. I am certainly going to use them again if required.
Superb service. Pleasant, efficient and trustworthy. Paul arrived well within the timeframe that he was expected and he fixed our washing machine very quickly. We will certainly use Butterworth Appliance Service again should the need arise.
From the minute you call Butterworth the service is helpful friendly and efficient. I have needed Butterworth twice now and both times it has all been so easy. This week my washer and dishwasher broke down at the same time ! They came out within 24 hours, arrived at the time that they said they would, and fixed both machines quickly and easily. You always know how much you are up for before they start and they are in and out in no time. I also really like the way that there is always an experienced technician who is training a young person - and the way that is done with respect and caring. Seems like this company demonstrate good values all round. Thank you.
The service man was prompt, polite, and genuinely interested inngiving good service. He achieved the requested task and additional aspects related to our oven, quickly and efficiently - an obvious expert at his job! His attitude, knowledge and skills were greatly appreciated by us..... especially when I was due to bake our granddaughter's Birthday cake in a few days time.
