Don't deal with this company same as other people poor service to customers treat people the same why do some people give 5 star and others like me 1star customer service lady who usually answers was rude when she told me my account was paid yeeh haa finally stuff you buzz value useless people no respect

Not only did only one person deliver my entertainment unit he opened up on my front lawn refused 2 help me 9 months pregnant get the item in side he left and due 2 me having 2 move it I ended up in hospital and almost lost my baby due 2 placenta dismemba they then added 250 to the amount owed then sent baycorp added there own 250
had a bit of an issue with my delivery & payments but the operator ws able to assist me so well look for ina if u need help
Appalling customer service I have emailed several times no reply to 8 emails so I have rung and gotten through 3 times and given the same excuse they will not answer any other questions and read you the same script until you hang up my last call I didn't hang up she stopped reading and wouldn't reply like I was put on mute now for the past two weeks there computers have been down but still taking payments weekly from my account no information on deliveries is possible at this stage please leave your contact details and we will get in touch and there not sure when they will be back up and running my delivery should have been made 4 weeks ago I have left contact details and have had nothing not even a courtesy call I am seeking further assistance as this is not right
I recieved a phone call from Shawn this evening to let me know I've almost finished paying for my lounge suite. This is good to hear so now I'm ready for my next purchase. Thank you Shawn for your awesome assistance I will continue to deal with Buzz Value Auckland.

I have been trying to call this company for over 2 weeks now and no call back I have been trying to stop my payments for my laptop I have been paying off and would like to get a refund but instead this company has been ignoring my email and calls. This company doesn't deserve my money!
