The cakes aren’t good
like
They do sell cake in different varieties, but they're all the same cheap sponge cake. I tried two of them today, a chocolate and honey cake, which looked different but tasted the same.
Rude customer service and boring cake
worst customer service, the young staff is rude and lazy, the senior staff is friendly, moon cake label were wrong, bought 4 red bean, 3 turns out to be green tea. after looking at the reviews, I think the owner should really consider warn this younger staff who is causing negative reviews and reputation to the bakery, the customer service is going to make all your awards meaningless.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The person answered the phone was extremely rude. I was just calling to check where I can pick up and when I can pick up the order, the staff on the phone have questioned me " why do you make an order without knowing where to pick up?" Well I have politely asked where and when I could pick up. With such response, I will never return to your shop and never recommend you to any others, no matter how good your products are.
This is the best bakery shop in New Zealand ! The chef has gotten a lot of meddles! This is why I love this bakery so much！！
This bakery is a hidden gem!! My faves are the almond cookies and this round buttery bread disc that looks and tastes a bit like a dense croissant!! You can taste high quality ingredients, its recipes are unique and refined - this place is completely underrated!! Easily one of my fave bakeries ever
