OMG this company has the worst service we have ever come across in over 20 years in business. we had a truck repaired by them and we had to take it back at least 8 times as they have no quality control or checking of their own work,unbelieable!
Appalling service, we had a warranty issue that was picked up by vtnz and what a hassle to get them to sort it , they started saying that we must have washed the underside of the truck with something corrosive,then after almost 2 years they agreed to fix it.They took the truck back to Hamilton and used 3/4 of a tank of diesel and wouldn't reimburse us for the diesel or RUC charges and left pie wrappers and empty drink bottle in cab ,

Been dealing with this company on and off for the last 12 years, over that time restructure had been affecting servicing consistency but I must say they have gotten a helluva lot better since the last time I dealt with them, good to see they are doing well,keep it up team!!!
