- This place is the best - It has the facilities needed - Staff may be young but are professional
like
-Staff are very young and poorly trained. -Unsatisfactory staff to animal ratio. -Unsanitary facility. Smells like urine. - facility is too hot during summer and there is no/poor ventilation as roller doors can't be opened because of noise continuous complaints from surrounding businesses. -animals are in over crowded pens and 7 out of 8 pens have no access to outside play. - no animal safe toys are provided. Dogs are given empty plastic drink bottles to pay with instead - dogs with proven track records of attacking other dogs within the facility are still accepted putting other animals at risk. Would NEVER in a million years leave my animal in the care of this company.
