This place is Amazing! Such a loving community whether your brand new or have played for years; everyone is welcome. Classes are taught by committed and talented tutors, some even match their socks with their underwear!! I can't recommend the Capoeira academy highly enough.
Awesome group freindly, interesting, inspiring excellent Capoeira Angola.
A great group. A fun, friendly, place to learn a wonderful, physical game from Brazil, led by Mastre Brabo, a local NZ Capoeira master. They have regular weekly training and fortnightly games (Roda) and everyone is welcome. Training covers both the movement, and musical aspects of the game. They often have special events which include top masters visiting from around the world. I can't recommend these events highly enough. Amazing. If you have ever wanted to try out Capoeira, or just want to see what its like for yourself, feel free to head down to the Academy. See you there !
