The WORST SERVICE I have EVER had. My company uses this company for our Gas card. My Card needed to be replaced. It was supposedly sent out on the 16th of November and take 7-10 business days to arrive. I called to follow this up, I was told the card was lost in the post and that they would courrier one out to me. It is now the 11th of December I still have no card and it has not even been couriered out from the office yet !
Worst company to deal with never ever sign up with them they got their full payment and then sent my company to debt collection Seriously.? I have already paid my bill in full long ago Scammers
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST First of all the fuel card won't work at a lot of places. Now I have been charged 94 in late fees because my 60 bill processed 2 days after the payment date. Can't even get them on the phone to cancel my account. Truly appalling. I note also the only positive reviews on here look to be fake \u003e:(
Wish I had read the reviews before signing to this company. A word of advice, dont waste your time. After a hard sell from their sales team who called constantly until we signed our fleet and have been using the cards and paying the Invoices on time by Direct Debit every month.6 months in we receive an email stating that after studying our usage pattern they will charge a total of 6 in fees for each transaction we do at any station that isnt one BP, Mobil, Z or GAS. So effectively gull which is the station we use next to our factory.No explanation from them just that this applies in 2 weeks time. Ludicrous charging and not quite shore how they justify this. Definitely look at alternate solutions for your fuel
This is hands down the worst company I have dealt with in my 20 years in business. We had trucks stranded all over the country unable to buy fuel. When we were able to get it we were never charged the price we were promised. Add to this terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company.
Agree with the other reviews, I wish I had read them 1st before signing up! Easily my worst experience in dealing with another company in NZ. I can't believe that what Cardlink/Cardsmart do is actually legal in NZ. Hidden fees, false advertising, vague T&C's. Steer well clear.
Didn’t send us first month invoice and try to charge 99.4 late penalty fee! Promised no card fee to start then 6.04 each card charged in our account !
