Where to start. Didn't deliver all 3 boxes . No communication. Left first 2 outside front door on main Street. Called and they never returned my call. Recalled and finally sorted.delivery for the next day. Didn't arrive. No communication Re called again. Organised delivery for following day.and specifically asked for box not to be left at front door. Asked to leave down side of house by side door out of view of main road. Goods delivered to front door again Driver didn't ring bell or knock even though we were home. When we went to go to shops find parcel at front door. Don't know why Mocka use this company.

I bought a small item from a bike store online. The delivery details says to expect delays up to 6 days and over (because of the holiday season), which I'm fine with. My parcel was delayed by 1 day, or so I thought when I went to check my mailbox. I checked the Track & Trace progress and it says it has been delivered with a signature signed, but as of this time, my mailbox remains empty. Either they haven't actually delivered to my address (instead, to the local drop off point?), which I know isn't true because I have been at home all day. Or their Track & Trace system is awful, incomprehensible and misleading, unlike that of other courier companies'. UPDATE: Just as I was about to post my review, it arrived on my doorstep by the local delivery person at 1:15pm. This is the first time I haven't received a parcel that says it's delivered but isn't (almost got me worried, phew!) according to the Track & Trace. I give it 4/5 stars because as I mentioned before, that UI needs to be improved.

I have had a couple of packages delivered by this company recently and they send out notifications of when items have been collected from the supplier, when they are on their way and then when delivered. I would recommend using this company. Thank you from a very happy receiver

UPDATE: May 2017 I had the unfortunate luck of the having to deal with this company again because mocka.co.nz for some unknown reason decide to use this company which is very clearly incapable of being able to follow instructions. We said deliever and put under carport but no they did 1 better and threw it over the front fence and left it in the rain.i even attached a photo to show this.. Great work.. How do you even qualify as a delivery company????? You should be ashamed if you work for the company... ******************* If i could i would give no star. We ordered from a store that uses this company (for some reason yet to be determined) & the items give split and 1 part of the containment is in Christchurch while the other is at base near our delivery address. This is the status of a week. The website is useless and doesn't provide much at all in terms of when you can get an ETA for delivery. Calling the contact center was terrible. 15 min hold just to talk to someone for them to tell me they will try call me back in 2 - 3 hours later and no guarantee that they will have an update. What is the point? Still waiting. Wont use again and will be laying a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even 1 star is too generous for this company. How are they still in the business??? Courier sent from North Shore to Auckland central. Took 9 days. Parcel from Australia came quicker. Amazing how they operate.
