Got 2 boxes for my birthday. Such a cool concept and suprise! I loved the flowers they were still so vibrant on arrival! The donuts were yummy and the presentation was awesome. Will be ordering as gifts in the future! Totally reccomend!

Second time ordering from Celebration Box. First time we had paid an extra 20 for Saturday South Island Delivery to Christchurch city center. With donuts. It was 5 days late. The donuts were stale and hard as a rock so we sent an email and never heard back, this was roughly 1 year ago. So for this upcoming Valentine’s Day, I decided to try them again as a couple of my coworkers had bought a box for their loved ones & figured I’d give them the benefit of a doubt as the boxes looked super pretty. There was a mess up where apparently I had selected it to be delivered today, Feb 15 rather than Saturday the 13 even though the shipping method I had put was Saturday. Okay, well now it’s Monday & apparently my box is still in Auckland. I understand that shipping isn’t necessarily THEIR fault, but I yet again have ordered donuts that were sent out yesterday (Sunday) morning as the tracking said, and probably won’t receive them until tomorrow which means they’ll be two days old if not older. Save your money & build your own box.

Ordered 1 week in advance for a specific date (boss' birthday) - after having to follow up throughout the day 3 times, the box finally arrived at 5pm, after she had gone home... very disappointing. Not to mention, what a rip off this is... this box was 50 with shipping, and what you see is all that is in the tiny box... worth no more than 10. Would not recommend.

Would highly recommend these guys - my friend loved her gift and it was so easy and quick for me to organise, and I was able to personalise it too. I ordered in the morning and they delivered that day with my note included. Will definitely order from them again.
