Heat pump installed fine but the installer made a crack in our wall. When asked him about it he said ‘ah you know mate it happens’ etc. When asked again he said he’d give us 50 off, but the wall is going to cost more than that. Very bad that he didn’t even admit to damaging the wall, not recommended at all!
