Not anyone there to help, cluttered aisle with no proper board to guide. Literally have to struggle finding any product without help. Too small place with too many products on display, not enough varieties. Not happy with the same.

Wow customer service at Click and Collect could be improved! I said Hi, I'm ignored; stood there and am not greeted, no eye contact, no 'thank you/bye' or smiles, just asked for my ID and checked the contents without confirming the contents with me. CS training for quality staff is needed or the management team should wake up a bit.

I was so happy to hear that finally this place opened locally. I loved visiting this shops in Australia. It's everything they say they are. Very well stocked and an abundant range. Staff are helpful and friendly. And the prices. Yes you definitely will save a lot of money. Very noticeable difference in pricing. This place has abundance of parking and well located.

This Chemist Warehouse is a very big store. Again, one site is pretty much like another. Their sales, products etc... are the same. So the difference between them would come back to the staff. All in all they are all very helpful, knowledgeable, so they know their products, and are very approachable and friendly. Service with smile.

Went in at 2:30 pm on a Saturday to get the meds on my script. A lot of customers, especially the pharmacy and was told of a 20 min wait. I was fine with it as I didn’t have anything planned and there were empty chairs in the waiting area. Was then pleasantly surprised when I got buzzed at just under 10 min.

No help from any of the worker's they literally walked up an down the aisle I ended up asking for help only to be given a cough syrup for adults when I asked for child. Products are awesome just need better customer service skills or better worker's

I usually go to manukau branch, but today i went to botany. A staff named victoria was very helpful. Not only she helped me find tissues; as soon as i did payment for my product, i realised that i was overcharged. So i went back to victoria and she helped me pay back and checked prices alongwith her manager. Thankyou so much. Really impressed by botany staff service. Will surely visit again..
