If you’re in a rush for scripts don’t go here, during peak times. Very long wait times for scripts, approximately 30 minute wait for prescription medication during peak times. And you can’t pay for it at the script counter, you have to queue again at the front counter to pay for it. I do like that they have a good range of non prescription products though. And their customer service is ok.

Bitter much? Sorry to give them one star considering the service they do for the community with free prescriptions. I wanted to feedback about the interior and it's wide spacious aisles. But I went in on 3rd Feb 2021 at 3.10pm and got served the most subtlest shade of general muckery from the Check Out staff. I just purchased one item. Nothing major. I mean, how hard is it to remember to press the button twice! That you have to leave valued customers waiting and then to say "Ops my Bad." And "Have a great day." It was a totally fake apology. Borderline indecent customer service, can't prove what I suspected, but it exists in this Chemist Warehouse. I'm not going back - Full Stop.

Incompetent personnel attended to me when I picked up my pack of medicine. I asked the guy what certain medicines were for, and he just asked me "what did you go to the doctor for?" And repeated my answer back to me. He obviously has no medical knowledge and therefore should not be working in the pharmacy area of the store. Plus, it took 30 mins to receive my medication. I recommend that people get their medicine at smaller pharmacies as many of them now offer free prescriptions. Other than that, the store area of Chemist Warehouse is good.

Worst customer service experience of all by one of the attendant. Watch out for prices ...way too expensive than supermarket even on most products.

Visited this store once again today and was attended by the most polite cashier Raylene. Always smiling and offer products that is on special. She's got a very caring attitude . Raylene, please keep the good work in retaining me as a customer
