It was crowded b/c of Easter holidays, poolside rather chaotic. Folks still orderly and friendly. Attendents unruffled and courteous. Commendable!

A beautiful setting, I was made to feel welcome from start to finish. The arrival experience, including spa, sauna, steam room and ice was beautiful and relaxing (tricky part was keeping an eye on the time so I wasn’t late to my massage). The massage itself was beautiful and calming. Afterwards I was taken to a nice space, offered tea (that compliments the essential oil), snack and water.

I would say it is a 3.5 stars experience. Pros: the massage was really nice, the therapist was professional and attentive. The Jacuzzi is good. Cons: the spa is very small, it is more like a locker with a small sauna and a small steam room. It is comfortable to be in the spa if there are no more than three people there at a time. The "ice experience" is literally a bucket of ice and you're supposed to rub it on yourself? Another thing that felt weird is that the massage therapists are trying to sell you some skincare products, I honestly don't know why, it's such a weird concept. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

Went for a spa day with my partner for his birthday. Absolutely loved every minute. The spa manager and staff are so friendly and helpful, and everything was spic and span, and very luxurious. The massages are wonderful. Highly recommend!

From start to finish the experience was lovely. On arrival all the facilities were shown and explained to me. Cherry my therapist made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. The treatment itself was blissful and so relaxing. The cost may seem high but when compared to other hotels with day spa facilities and the convenience for in house guests makes it worth it

1 star, dropped my partner off for his spa treatment today (here for a 2 night stay), the ladies at the spa desk looked through me and served 2 people behind me in line (one of which mentioned to staff that I was first) Dont know if my age or appearance played a part in that but I've been here many time before and never been treated so poorly. That aside I walked away and will not be picking him up from his appointment as planned. Though I rated the Langham highly, I won't be returning to the Cordis once I check out tomorrow. I recommend in future you serve patrons equally, saved a few hundred dollars not booking anything for myself. Cheers

Amazing experience from start to finish. Make sure you arrive 45 minutes before so you can enjoy the spa, pool, sauna and steam room. My therapist was a Thai lady and I forgot her name but she was amazing! They do try to sell you products at the end which I don't like as you spend enough money on the treatment. But overall it's a relaxing experience.

Amazing! My besties birthday treat from me was the Tao of detox which we had done in the same treatment room. Booking and check in service from Dale was easy, detailed and professional. Easy parking. We used the pool, ice, snail shower and sauna before our treatment so def go early to make the most of that. Lovely clean facilities. My therapist Daphne was a professional. The best massage I have had I asked for firm pressure and that is what I got. She was so lovely I would recommend her to everyone. My skin looks and feels clean and smooth. Lovely post therapy snacks provided. Relaxing and perfect well worth the price.
