The volunteers and JP were very patient and understanding signing covid 19 info and barcodes and address details were available. Customer service was commendable in mannerisms and speaking to versatile cultures. When I need a JP they go out of there way to give the best advice. Place is organised and has a friendly atmosphere with plenty of available pamphlets of additional information for all. Well done CAB team in St Lukes.

Poor service, wrong culture, aweful attutudes. Please remember, you have duties and responsibilities to look after the citizens, this is why you are employed. You are not hired to authorize those poor people who seek help from you. Power comes with duty if care. Please Keep this in mind.

The jp pramod was very kind and helpful however one of the staff was just walked into the jp office and said that there is que and ordered the jp to hurry up,I felt it was a breach of privacy as I was discussing something about my documents with the jp.This particular staff was very rude as I was only there for less than 5 minutes and when I stepped out of the office there were only two people waiting. Thank you jp pramod for your help.
