The best dental experience I’ve ever had!! For someone that isn’t the biggest fan of going to the dentist, Fabricio made me feel the most comfortable in the consult and while in the chair. Always checking in to make sure I wasn’t feeling pain or discomfort. Not only did he crack some dad jokes, but he’s basically Tom Hanks with an accent. Shannon at the front desk was also cherry and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this dentist to anyone :))

I've been to several dentists over the years, but none have come close to providing the level of quality service that I have received here. Everything from the first point of contact with the lovely receptionists, to the excellent dentistry skills of Mark Taylor, and the genuine caring shown with post dental work follow up, makes this hands down the best dentist surgery. I've had some complicated issues with my teeth and Mark has gone above and beyond to find creative yet workable solutions which have vastly improved my quality of life. As one other reviewer said, a visit to the dentist used to be unpleasant, but that is certainly not the case here. I always feel like a VIP. Thank you team.

This business has perfected the balance of being professional, caring, and respectful. Their attention to staff and patient care in relation to Covid is the most comprehensive I've seen anywhere. I love their honest, 'risk management' approach to dental care - they give you the risks and the options and let you decide what you're comfortable with. The demeanor of the specialists, and the understated high-tech equipment they used made me feel I was absolutely in the care of experts - but experts with humanity.

I saw Alzena for my hygiene appointment. Best. Clean. Ever. I fell asleep in the chair from how delicate and pain free the procedure was. Love how clean my teeth feel and really appreciated how she explained every stage before she did it. My last hygienist barely spoke to me. Highly recommend if you have sensitive teeth or your current hygiene is a tad rough.

Had a really great experience here in an appointment with Mark Taylor. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my dental care and was very calm and professional. I also had a great experience with the reception who communicated clearly between each other. Extremely happy and highly recommend

Andrea Shepperson has helped me greatly she chose to help me when it was very likely to put her in an awkward position against some of her pairs. She spent a lot of time and effort to help me knowing it would be of little financial gain to herself. Aside from that I found the clinic has a nice calm atmosphere Dr Shepperson and her assistants worked with skill and efficiency I will not hesitate to use their services again should they be required.

Never thought I’d enjoy dentist visits but Lumino Quay Park are amazing! Everyone is super friendly, there’s no judgement and instead give helpful advice, and they even gave me a heads up about a deal to make my treatment cheaper AFTER I’d already had it done. They look after you. Absolute legends. Mark is a champ of a dentist too - would never let you experience even a moment of pain! Two thumbs up
