Let me tell you one thing about this place I love the bakery but what I find absolutely appalling is the lack of customer service the from cashier/ lady has???? She lacks motivation, doesn’t talk, frowns upon different ethnicities entering her shop, I hate it and don’t wanna go back to that place. I’d rather travel far for a good customer service tbh. Warning to all potential buyers this shop has a lot of racial profiling. Which in nz I find really appalling as we love diversity and if this were to be carried on might be easier for them to go and do the same in Australia than here!!!

One of the best bakeries n south auckland, they take a lot of attention and care into their food and the prices are very good.

Went to the Classic Bakehouse Manukau, 7 March '20 at around 0815. The sales person was very lazy and not helpful at all. She only placed a few bags of bread on the table and I asked for the butter sliced toast. And she replied thats all we have on the table. I know she lied as she has not emptied the big trolley yet. Instead she went and got herself a cup of coffee and went behind like the fridge display area. So i just left the store. This same person has done this to me last year too. She has no customer service at all. She should work where she does not have any customer interaction.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed their choice different to normal bakeries. We brought items to share for a Family lunch and everyone raved about what we had brought and the freshness ...sorry no picture lunch was over to fast

Great selections. Average customer service. Extremely overpriced. There is a discount available if the order is placed a day before it's actually needed so it can get busy during special occasions.
