Hands down one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. It all started off really well - easy to book and initial contact was great, but went downhill fast. The cleaners did a very poor job (didn’t even bother vacuuming, among other issues) meaning I had to extend the lease on our apartment by two days (at my expense) plus have someone meet their team onsite during work hours and stay there while they fixed the numerous issues. Despite paying over 500 for a clean and additional rent, and after numerous emails and attempted phone call to their office all that was offered was to go fix the job or a measly 100 refund if I went and cleaned the apartment myself. Their staff were insistent they’d “offered me solutions”, none of which actually addressed the inconvenience and additional cost incurred for the poor job their cleaners did in the first place. The final insult was when I was finally contacted by management, who after my complaint didn’t even have the decency to respond, showing how little they value customers. Overall a poor effort, and highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend CleaningPro to do any cleaning work to anyone. The technician who arrived to my home was exceptional. He explained what product he was using for the lounge suites and the procedure as well. His professionalism was exceptional and my two lounge suites looked brand new after he finished. I should have taken a before and after shot. For that reason I have asked CleaningPro to come back and clean the carpet in my upstairs and downstairs 4 bedroom house. Thank you again CleaningPro. It was worth every penny.

I asked for Venetian blinds cleaning. An excellent customer service. The staff who came to uninstall and the other who reinstalled the blinds were so efficient, articulate and professional. Appropriate time despite the busy Christmas period, they call before coming, and an excellent job was done. Will definitely ask for more jobs and recommend for my family and friends (if they need to). Thank you

We had our curtains cleaned here. One set was quite mouldy too. We're so pleased with how well they were cleaned. The staff were good to deal with too - good communication and the curtains were ready when they said they'd be. We also used them to do a deep clean of a house prior to sale. They didi a great job of a difficult clean. They were also polite, helpful and easy to deal with.

I had curtains and roman blinds cleaned. They were quite dirty, damaged in places and the linings were mouldy. They removed, cleaned , repaired and rehung them. I am very happy with the result and found them very professional to deal with. Happy to recommend.

Job was to dry carpets and walls in laundry, hallway and bedroom after a water pipe burst. Team was friendly and efficient, and explained in detail what work was being done to repair the damage, what progress was made, etc every step of the way. Back-up service was outstanding with text message alerts when the team was coming to check progress and comprehensive progress reports emailed each day.
